Legislative Forum

  • This group lobbies with state and local legislators on a continuous basis to ensure that Fond du Lac has a strong and effective voice in government. RECENT IMPACT: MORE THAN $500 MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT FUNDING OBTAINED FOR FOND DU LAC THROUGH OUR LEGISLATIVE EFFORTS.

Current Issue Advocacy

  • Works on issues that have a direct impact on your business.
  • Sponsors NationJob – a job information database that gives members free access to tens of thousands of potential employees throughout the United States. More than 6,000 people per month investigate this web site that has become a key tool in recruiting employees to the area.
  • Currently leading a community task force to investigate the labor environment in our community and work towards solutions to future labor shortages.

Community Sounding Board

  • Within this forum leaders from the Association of Commerce, city, county and all area educational institutions gather monthly to discuss ideas and issues that they are currently involved in.
